Upon entering the Nurse's Office, you notice Kate sitting on the bed. Inquiring what she's doing here, she says that she's looking for the Nurse for an appointment, and sends you on your way to find her. Combing through the school until you reach the Art Classroom and investigate the Supply Closet, Kate will show up, and your actions will reflect the outcome.

When the door opens, Spinach bursts out, and you get to following her by giving her something with the Nurse's scent. You follow her outside to a bush and the Nurse comes out. Depending on your next decision on whether to take her to Kate, or save her from Kate's judgement, the quest will end.

*** Saying that it's a simple yes-or-no question will subtract a Love point from Isabelle.
* When Kate shows up when you interact with the Supply Closet:
** Revealing the Nurse is in the Supply Closet will reward Kate a Lust point. "Good boy."
*** If you have the High-Tech Lockpick, you can pick the lock.
*** If you have at least 5 Strength points, you'll break the door down.
** Telling Kate that you haven't seen the Nurse will have her walk away after giving you the Candy Wrappers, granting you time to figure something out.
*** This will require using/making the High-Tech Lockpick for the door.
* When discovering the Nurse in the bush:
** Telling her that you're taking her to Kate will award 2 Lust points for both of you, culminating with Kate putting on a glove and fisting the Nurse in her office while you watch.
** Telling her that you won't tell Kate anything will reward 2 Love points for her, and she'll offer an herb for brews as thanks.
