Newfall is a fictional town where the events of Another Chance take place. It looks like a typical and unassuming American town, but there's more going on here than meets the eye.
Summary
Newfall is normal on the surface, containing locations such as a high school, a park, a hospital, and a pier. It's also surrounded by mountains looming off in the distance. While Newfall's size isn't exactly clear, there are hints that it's a rather large town. For example, a Ferris wheel can be spotted in the background of one scene[2], implying it contains some sort of fair or amusement park. At least two wealthy families live in the town, implying there's a financial gain to be had there. And while not directly stated by name, it's implied that the SCP Foundation is either in the town or close enough to be interned at by Flora.
