Summary
The Newfall Marina acts as both a pier to set sail on the open waters and a downtown shopping district for all your money-spending needs. Various eateries such as an ice cream parlor, seafood restaurant, and a pancake-brothel hybrid can be found for some fine dining, and sandwiched between is the town's only electronics store and local police department. Further down the line reveals a closed tailor-aquarium hybrid and the local hospital.
Found in the water are three boats: the Naugthilus, which is manned by the Dangerous Crab, the Codfather, which sells fish for $1, and the Filthy Oar, Newfall's only rent-a-boat.
The far background of the marina shows more buildings and trees, as well as a Ferris wheel. A beach can be spotted along the far end of the pier, as well as a Newfall resident flying a kite on it.
